Our Mission

In a world where we're bombarded with information as various interests vie for our attention, algorithms are often in place to guide that attention to serve the algorithm maker. This sometimes gives algorithm a bad name or a mythical quality but they are nothing more than systematic methods for attaining a result that are driven by logical principles and scientific observation. Our mission is to share this methodology with a larger audience, to empower ordinary people with confidence that their decisions are likely to work and be fulfilling. That doesn't mean you have to be a rocket scientist to get the most out of this content. Over time there will be a growing collection of videos, articles and online discussion to provide examples relevant to different perspectives.
